Quensha is the registered Kennel Club Affix held in partnership by Angela Morgan and Richard Bott.

Angela has owned and shown English Setters for more than two decades and established Quensha as a kennel name in 1974 (the year Richard was born!). This was the starting point for what has become a well-known and highly regarded line of quality English Setters. Having made up four show champions in the breed she is delighted with the continuing success of her dogs in the show ring. Her stud dogs have contributed to this success, with many winners amongst their progeny.

She also owns and shows English Pointers, with a large number of successes in the show ring, having made up a Show Champion in this breed as well.

Angela has been judging English Setters since 1982 and has been awarding tickets in this breed from 1992. She recently enjoyed judging  in Melbourne, Australia, at the championship show of the Victoria English Setter Association. She also judges Pointers, Irish Setters and all Gundog breeds and has judged all varieties and Best in Show at an all breeds Open Show.

Richard Bott has been fascinated with the world of dogs since a very early age and has become well known in the Irish Setter world with his Show Champion, and because of his outstanding handling of other successful dogs. With his first judging appointments from the age of 20, he is still one of the youngest judges in the breed.

In January 1998 Angela and Richard decided to join forces so that they could  further develop their interests in the gundog breeds in partnership within the Quensha umbrella. This has proven to be a tremendous success, with results that speak for themselves.

John is the stay-at-home silent partner whose interest in the world of dogs is mainly focussed on the construction of kennels and dog-beds, to keep them cosy, and fences, to keep them where they belong. He does, however, believe that he knows most of the Quensha stock by name. He is happiest when working with wood, especially if it is the nicely varnished tiller of his small sail boat.
